Stacks
Ductwork
Drainable, liquid tight duct work for coolant and oil mist control. Heavy gauge steel, and seal welded.
Exhaust stacks for rolling mill applications
Hoods
Exhaust hoods for rugged environments. Drip resistant design.
CME-D
CME-D
Cold Mist Eliminator uses a system of components to increase droplet size and separate mists having sizes smaller than 1 micron
SCE
Stack Condensate Eliminator collects condensed rolling mill coolant from the walls of the discharge stack.
Fans
Centrifugal Fans are used on the RME Exhaust Systems. Ranging from 15,000 cfm to 200,000 cfm.
Mill Enclosures
The mill closures are designed to contain mill emissions in the immediate vicinity of the mill, reducing emission levels from the mill and reducing total exhaust air requirements.
CME-C
The PiTTek CME-C vapor condenser and eliminator is an indirect cooler/condenser and reduces both filterable particulate and VOC gases.
